Counselling & Psychotherapy

Empowering you to navigate life's challenges. Compassionate Counselling and Psychotherapy for healing and personal growth.

Investing in therapy is investing in yourself.

Life can be challenging. We are not taught how to deal with life, with emotions or difficulties.

The emphasis is always on our physical health, but we often neglect our emotional health and mental well-being.

My Counselling services provide a confidential and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and develop coping strategies.

Reaching out for support is a courageous step towards positive change.

Are you facing challenges in your relationships, be it with a partner, family member, or friend?

Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or overwhelming stress?

Are you going through a major life change such as a career shift, relocation, or loss?

Have you experienced a traumatic event or loss that is impacting your daily life?

Are you overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, work, or school?

Are you or someone you know dealing with issues related to addiction or substance abuse?

Counselling and Psychotherapy will make a difference.

Feel more connected, supported, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges?

Confident, empowered, and capable of facing change & new circumstances with resilience.

Peaceful with traumatic experiences and your feeling of grief, capable of remembering without overwhelming pain, ready to move forward.

Relaxed, in control, and able to handle life's challenges with a balanced perspective.

Counselling and Psychotherapy based on your specific needs.

I offer a warm, caring, and genuine space, ensuring that you have a physical and emotional ‘space’ to be heard and understood.

My aim is to make you feel welcome and comfortable to open up about your current challenges.

You will not be pressured into sharing anything you don’t feel ready to.

Our first appointment will provide an opportunity to meet each other and agree what works best for us.

At this appointment we will also discuss your desired goals and outcome for coming to Counselling.

TRACEY HUTCHEON Counsellor and Psychotherapist
  • I first sought out Tracey’s help when my son was having issues controlling his behaviour at school. He would not listen in class, exhibited disruptive behaviour and at one point I had to collect him from school early due to his misbehaviour. We started seeing Tracey each week and she worked through triggers, offered strategies for him to use when he felt his temper rising and also encouraged him to talk about how he felt during these outbursts. My son connected well with Tracey and she offered a kind, safe space for him to be open and honest. She identified a power imbalance in our relationship as contributing to his behaviour issues and gave my son and I strategies to use to help this. My son has recently started back at school and his teacher has commented that she enjoys having him in class and that he is like a different boy. Tracey has been the difference between me dreading my son going to school due to fearing how he would behave, to now looking forward to hearing all about his day and the achievements he has made. I cannot thank her enough for giving me my happy little boy back!

  • Tracey offers support with genuine warmth and kindness. While working through difficult issues we even found moments of humour.

  • After working with Tracey, I can honestly say, she has helped me immensely. Her approach & kind demeanour make me feel safe & respected. Her understanding that my Neurodiversity means I might not fit a template, has been refreshing & reassuring. I could not recommend her highly enough.

  • I wish I could express how truly grateful and privileged I feel for meeting Tracey and having her support. It has made a huge difference to my life. I would never have imagined I could feel so much lighter and worthy of a guilt and shame free life. It takes a special kind of person to do your job and you are that incredible kind of person.

  • Tracey was kind, supportive and understanding throughout my appointments with her. She was amazing, and gave me tools to help combat my anxiety an it’s triggers. She was very easy to talk to and was very adaptive with each session. I have grown confidence and have healed a lot over the last few months thanks to her.

It’s time to take the next step.
